​I’m Erik Hokanson, a PCC-certified executive coach (ICF), conflict resolution specialist, management consultant and founder of Elevated Conversations— a practice dedicated to helping leaders and organizations navigate the conversations that matter most. I serve as a catalyst for clarity, connection, and strategic transformation, empowering clients to lead with purpose and create lasting impact.

Through Elevated Conversations, I help individuals and teams elevate relationships, reconcile conflict, and step into aligned, intentional action. My approach integrates deep listening, strategic insight, and a commitment to generative dialogue that fosters renewed energy, clear direction, and measurable outcomes.

Since 2007, I’ve worked across Fortune 500 companies, higher education, and international contexts in the fields of Human Resources and Talent Management. I hold a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois, along with advanced certifications in executive coaching, mediation, and conflict coaching.
